LEDs are great for improving the colors and lighting up dim inserts, but pinball machines were designed to use incandescent bulbs. LEDs can look harsh and have flicker issues due to the way lamps are controlled. LED OCD allows you to customize how lamps are controlled in order to make them react more like incandescent bulbs, or just better in general.
NOTE: The LED OCD for Capcom is designed for games that have two lamp matrices. If you have questions, contact us.
|Big Bang Bar||Yes|
|Breakshot||No. Breakshot only uses one lamp matrix, so the board is not compatible.|
|Kingpin||Should work, but we do not have test results.|
For example videos, see the media page.
For more information, read the FAQ.
NOTE: For installation in Big Bang Bar, you will need the extension cables for installation. Please select them below.
Due to the game no longer being able to detect the correct amount of current being sent to the lamps, it will think the lamps are burned out and display error messages.
We have historically included a mini-USB cable that can be used to connect to a PC for configuration. We are increasingly hearing comments that this is not necessary to include, so I am going to remove the mini-USB cable from the kit. Until I run out, you can request a cable in the comments of your order.
Alternately, you can use a standard mini-USB cable that you already have or can get inexpensively from many different retailers.
